Code of Ethics

The members of Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC pledge in writing to abide by the company’s Code of Ethics.

Their adherence to the code signifies voluntary assumption of self-discipline above the requirements of law. Key provisions of the Code specify that Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC employees and independent contractors shall:

Show high levels of self-discipline at all times while both on and off duty
Not use alcohol while on duty and not over indulge in alcohol while off duty such that it will affect their performance on duty the following day
Not use any illegal, narcotic or non-prescribed drugs at any time nor refuse a drug test for the purpose of detecting them. Any breach of this code will be grounds for automatic dismissal
Not take any flagrant or undue risks in the performance of their duties nor at any time expose themselves or others unnecessarily to undue danger. This includes when operating in hostile environments, minimizing movement for mission-only or authorized purposes
Adhere to all published and promulgated Standard Operating Procedures and Drills
Conduct all operations within the bounds of legality, morality and professional ethics
Respect the rights and freedoms of all people and not harass any person on any grounds of gender, race, religion or creed

Conduct operations professionally with honesty, sincerity, integrity, fidelity, morality and good conscience in all dealings with clients
Serve our clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity, using a professional approach at all times, and placing the best interests of the client above all others
Treat all client information that is not public knowledge as confidential, prevent it from access by unauthorized people, and not take advantage of proprietary or privileged information, either for use by them, their firm or another client, without the client’s permission
Shall avoid conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such, and will disclose to a client any circumstances or interests that might influence their judgment and objectivity
Refrain from inviting an employee of an active or inactive client to consider alternative employment without the prior discussion with the client
Preserve forever the client’s confidence under any and all circumstances consistent with law and deal justly and impartially with each situation with each individual, irrespective of social, political, racial, ethnic, or religious considerations, economic status or physical characteristics
Counsel clients against any illegal or unethical course of action

Only accept assignments which they possess the expertise to perform, and will only assign staff with the requisite expertise
Withdraw from a job or assignment when their objectivity or integrity may be impaired

Respect the individual and corporate rights of clients and consulting colleagues, and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission
Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism in their relation with their clients, colleagues and the general public


Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC has established, documented, and implemented a Quality Management System which is continuously maintained for effectiveness and process improvements in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. It is not a stand-alone system, but is integrated within Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC operating discipline which encompasses the policies, requirements, and work processes of Environment, Health, Safety, Manufacturing, Human Resources and Quality. Developed and endorsed by company management, the QMS ensures that customers receive quality, reliability and integrity in the products and services Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC provides them and that customers’ needs and requirements are met. The QMS calls for precise adherence to specifications, as well as legal and quality requirements. Product quality is maintained through systems of standardization and process control. Service quality covers all aspects of customer transactions and is ensured by the function that is providing the service.

Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC is committed to the highest level of Quality in the construction, manufacture, procurement, sale and support of our products. Product Quality, compliance to all applicable regulatory requirements, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction underlies all of our efforts in development, manufacturing, advertising, sales, shipping and technical support.

Executive Management ensures that the Quality Policy is communicated to all employees. It is included in the new employee orientation and training on the QMS. It is posted in prominent places throughout the facility to maintain high standards within the organization.

Executive Management reviews the Quality Policy at each management review meeting to determine the Policy’s continuing suitability for the organization.
Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC Quality Policy was developed by the Quality Council to communicate Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC commitment to Quality and meeting customer requirements. It is considered appropriate by Senior Management. The Quality Policy is revalidated at each Management Review meeting.
Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC is committed to gratifying and astonishing customers’ with our customer service excellence, order accuracy and on-time delivery. This is accomplished through our commitment to continual improvement of our processes, services, products and our people.

Safety & Health

We believe that each employee has the right to derive personal satisfaction from his/her job and the prevention of occupational injury or illness is of such consequence to this belief that it will be given top priority at all times.
It is our intention here at Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC to initiate and maintain complete accident prevention and safety training programs. Each individual from top management to the working person is responsible for the safety and health of those persons in their charge and coworkers around them. By accepting mutual responsibility to operate safely, we will all contribute to the well-being of personnel.
Every day we identify critical safety behaviors, potential risks and hazards and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC dedication to creating a safe work environment begins with the encouragement of its employees to take a proactive approach to safety. Due to Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC commitment to safety, the company celebrates over 2000 man hours without a lost time claim, and has received numerous awards for its safety program. In comparison with the National Averages, Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC has far surpassed the standards for job site safety and lost time claims.
Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC Safety Team includes a cross functional team of representatives from Senior Management, the Safety Department and Field Operations. This team is headed by Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC Safety Officer, who has participated in extensive training and educational programs and is fully versed in all current safety regulations for both on-site projects and in office construction shop conduct.
The Safety Officer and Safety Team are responsible for executing the guidelines and duties outlined within Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC company policies, as well as implementing what they’ve learned through their training. The team meets, at a minimum, quarterly to review current safety issues and to assist in the development of long-term plans for the proactive growth of the program. “Safety Tool Box Talks” are also given by Supervisors on a weekly basis along with site safety inspections. During “Safety Tool Box Talks”, Phoenix Trading & Contracting LLC Supervisors address general and specific safety issues with all the individuals working on the project site.
